How long does a typical project take?
Most full multi-page sites take 4–8 weeks from project start to launch, depending on how many pages you need, how quickly you can provide content, and how much back-and-forth we have on design. We'll give you a specific timeline with your proposal.
Do you work with clients who already have a website?
Absolutely. Redesigns are a big part of what we do. We can also migrate your existing site to our hosting infrastructure if you want a performance boost without a full redesign.
What do you need from me to get started?
At minimum: a clear sense of what you want the site to do, any written content you have (or an idea of what pages you need), and any brand assets like logos and colours. We can help with content if needed — just mention it in your brief.
What does hosting cost after launch?
We'll include our ongoing hosting and maintenance rates with your project proposal, so there are no surprises. There are no long-term contracts — monthly plans you can cancel at any time.
Can I update the site myself after it's built?
Yes — you'll receive all source files at project close. If you're comfortable with HTML, you can make changes yourself. Most clients prefer to have us handle updates on their maintenance plan, but you're never locked in to that.
Do you work with nonprofits on a reduced rate?
We do work with nonprofits and are happy to discuss what's possible within your budget. Just mention you're a nonprofit in the quote form and we'll factor that in from the start.
